I understand HTML just fine but CSS totally eludes me, so here's a list of all the amazing people who have put layouts out there and which I edited to my liking:

eggramen: These sites has so many great templates. I used Fake WP 2 as my homepage, Translations, Notebooks, Links, Book/Fic Recs and Media pages.

Kalechips: This site has amazing layouts and I ended up using Reader mode blog for my Essays page due to it being text heavy. This layout also works with Zonelets so that's a bonus.

Squidkness: They have really interesting and fun layouts. My About page is their Pedia layout. I didn't change anything because I think the design is pretty neat.

Zonelets: It's a great place for blogging themes, super simple and responsive. I modified the Nude theme for my Blog page.

Web Resources

I don't tend to collect web resources, but I do have this basic list with templates I've used (or considered) in the past:

Foollovers: This japanese website has great and simple layouts and templates for the lazy like myself.

Almost Sweet: Used to be accesible, now it's basically a graveyard. I archived this template called Gold in Gray, which I used to have as my Media page.

cinni's dream home: pretty layouts and free resources.

NENRIKIDO: More layouts (and Tumblr themes).

Wasp Nest: Two responsive layouts.

SCRIPTED: Codes and web resources.

REPTH: It has a big selection of templates, some of them responsive, some not. Love this site, tbh.

Limegreen:There's a couple of layouts, plus some CSS snippets.

cepheus: this site has some great responsive templates, highly customizable too!

loveberry: mostly snippets and miscellaneous codes.

numbpilled-themes: hosted on tumblr, TONS of layouts and templates. If you have a dime to spare, please consider donating to the creator who's struggling with homelesness but still makes the time to provide web resources for free.

the museum of alexandra: great place, honestly. you have color palettes, layouts, adoptables and backgrounds at your disposition

wondermap: pixel art, backgrounds, stamps, website templates and code snippets

Petrapixel's Layout Generator: customize your own layout.

tessisamess: a variety of layouts for websites and tumblr blogs.

des' digital journal: a bunch of resources, from codes, graphics and tutorials.

denpa's layouts: a collection of personal layouts.

nomnomnami.com: these are templates for OCs but I feel like you could customized them to suit your needs, or something, idk.

ironspider: this is a website created to help you build any type of website or blogs. It also has many cool late 2000 layouts.

WebSetsByLynn: free background sets and even a layout generator
