Last Christmas ★★★✩✩
This NOT a fun Christmas movie. Why did I end up crying over it?? Makes no sense. more info.
Happiness ★★★★☆
Another zombie show that is not about the zombies but the non-infected ones. The lead actors were great, had good chemistry, their romance is well written, the scene actions are awesome and there's even a plot twist at the end. more info.

The Block Island Sound ★★★✩✩
I really tried to like this movie, but it just wasn't for me. The premise seemed interesting but the execution was just meh. more info.
Squid Game 2 ★★★★★
Honestly, wtf! I loved the story so so much. I cried, screamed and almost puked. I just can't believe that this season was even better than the first one. Can't wait for the final one. more info.
The Gorge ★★★☆☆
This movie was just... boring. It filled every cliché in the genre and it didn't even had good dialogues. Anya Taylor-Joy tried but I don't think anything would have been able to save this movie. more info.
Marry My Husband ★★★★★
I loved this TV show so much. It had drama, comedy, romance, petty fights, evil characters and even magic! I fell in love with the cast, the plot, hell, even the wardrobe. Great script, great acting (Na In-Woo was such a cutie pie). more info.
Triangle ★★✩✩✩
Such a bizarre movie. I'm actually not even sure if I liked it, it was just too weird for me. I love time travel stories but I don't think I actually understood this movie. Also, that title doesn't even makes sense. more info.
Heavenly Creatures ★★★★☆
I really liked it. The acting was really good even though the actresses were really inexperienced at the time, but they did a great job in telling a story not just about murder but about friendship, love and obsession. more info
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust ★★★★☆
Animation movies aren't made like this anymore. It has violence, edgy images, good dialogues, a great plot and twists and an amazing ending. more info.
The Raven ★★✩✩✩
This movie is ????? Like I don't even know what I watched but it felt like a really stupid story that didn't make sense, full of plot holes and stupid decisions. I think it tried to be a cheeky and smart thriller but it just felt fucking flat. John Cusack couldn't save it even with a miracle. more info.
Heart Eyes ★★✩✩✩
This one was just a stupid one. I love slasher movies but the comedy was just bad and it ruined it. I think it could have worked without the awkward dialogues and cheap romance. more info.
Damsel ★★✩✩✩
Another disastrous movie. It had an interesting plot but it was just boring at its finest, the execution was just flat and kinda stupid. more info.
The Wheel of Time (Season 1) ★★★★✩
Haven't read the books, but the TV show was really good. I loved the worldbuilding, the fact that it has so many story lines and the actors are really good. The plot isn't just good vs evil, but it has depth and morally grey aspects. Loved the queer represention and I cried with all the deaths. more info.
The Pitt (Season 1) ★★★★★
I LOVED THIS TV SHOW SO MUCH. It had depth and great characters who were, for once, human, weak, fragile, strong, resilient. I heard that the medical aspect was totally accurate but like even if it wasn't, this show just made me fall in love with medical dramas again. The format was perfect because it allowed you to connect with the characters in a more intimate way. I just loved it. more info.
Two of Us ★★★★☆
Holy mother, I cried so much with this totally fictional rendition of the last time Paul McCartney and John Lennon spoke in person. This movie has everything: drama, sad and confused boys, crying and emotional men. I just loved how sincere and tender the dialogues were. I think the actors did a great job portraying these awfully complex characters/people and they also had amazing chemistry. I don't think I'll be rewatching it soon because my heart couldn't take it. Beautiful movie. more info.
The Fox Hollow Murders ★★★★✩
I just love true crime documentaries. more info.
Gladiator II ★★★★✩
Loved how this movie tied into the first one so smoothly. Loved the plot and the characters, especially the villains. There's something really appealing about crazy bad guys. more info.
Final Destination: Bloodlines ★★★★✩
The final movie in this franchise did a great job, to be honest. Gory and emotional, had sufficient plot twists, and paid homage to iconic characters. more info.
Nowhere Boy ★★★★✩
I fell into a Beatles rabbit hole. I hate biopics with my entire soul, but this one was fun. The only thing I want to say is that John never hit Paul, not even in the most horrible moments of their relationship, but I kinda forgive this movie, because it manage to capture John's despair over the death of his mother. more info.
Superman ★★★★★
Girl, we are so back. FINALLY we have a Superman movie that depicts Clark Kent accurately. I loved the emphaty of this movie, Clark's compassion and how in the nose (but not really) was about fascism and genocide. I truly love drinking zionists' tears. more info.
The Old Guard 2 ★★★✩✩
I'm kinda mad with this movie. Why in the world did they fucked up the immortals purpose in life, why do they have to lose their immortality when they're hurt by their family? Why Sebastian, why??? He deserved to wallow in guilt for another century, just so he could be better, but noooo, they just had to fuck it up, and not give him a proper closure. And what the hell is it about other immortals existing but none of them knew it? The only great shit about this sequel was the yuri, Qhinn and Andy were absolutely amazing and I love lesbians. I also demand more kisses from my immortal husbands, there were great love declarations, but I need them to kiss. more info.
Black Dagger Brotherhood ★★★✩✩
This show was ridiculous but I kinda liked it? You cannot take it seriously, otherwise you'll be dissapointed. It did a great jof of adaptating the first book, but I hated the fucking wigs. Also wtf with Butch, why is he so hot????? The guy playing him didn't have the right of being hot because Butch is not hot in the books, also where's the fucking chemistry with V????? Anyways, ridiculous show but it was fun. more info.
A Deadly American Marriage ★★★✩✩
Another one of those true crime documentaries that is ok to watch but not that remarkable. more info.
Titan: The OceanGate Disaster ★★★★✩
I just love watching about rich people dying because of their own stupidity. This docuseries really shed a light into the submarine wreckage and also about what corruption and money can do to people. more info.
Crazy Rich Asians ★★★★✩
Fun movie. I honestly enjoyed the romance a lot. more info.
28 Years Later ★★★★★
All the three movies in this franchise are great. This one in particular did a great job at being full of gore, interesting characters and god plot twists. It's a shame Cillian Murphy didn't participate in the project because it would have been the icing on the cake. more info.
Woman of the Hour ★★★★✩
Great story. It managed to capture me for most of the time. The suspense was there. It did lack a little bit of depth, but I don't think it's a bad movie.more info.
Katrina: Come Hell and High Water ★★★★✩
Amazing documentary. It was so respectful of the victims, emotional and detailed but that last episode is totally angry at the injustice and impunity many of the residents still have to live with. more info.
Thunderbolts ★★★★✩
Thunderbolts made me miss the old MCU era. This movie is so reminiscent of Avengers, if the Avengers were antiheroes, but I think the writers wanted a new generation of superheroes that could appeal to fans of the first movies. Even if I love Yelena as a character, and would fight whoever for Bucky, I wasn't that into this movie, idk, the MCU kinda lost me after Endgame. Anyways, not a bad movie, I'm just to hurt by the prior movies to give a fuck about this one. more info.
K-Pop Demon Hunters ★★★★★
This is what animation movies should be like. When kids movies are awesome and well made they resonate with adults in such a way that you end up crying while watching them. I loved this movie so much. more info.
The Long Walk ★★★★★
Can I say that this was just so unbelievably good??? The gore was impactful but not meant to shock, it wanted to establish the reality in which the film is set. I loved that it focused primarily on human connection, friendship and love. All the characters were well constructed and their deaths really hurt me. I just loved it. more info.
The Lost Bus ★★★✩✩
Kinda meh. I think it lacked character depth, more than anything. more info.
Predestination ★★★★✩
Classic sci-fi movie, timeless and disturbing. Every time I watch it, it amazes me how well made it's written. more info.
Reborn Rich ★★★★★
Great show. I loved the revenge plot, the fantasy elements and the slowest of slowest romances ever (was there romance? I'm still not sure, lmao). The only thing I didn't like was the apology of capitalism but I kinda get it because south korean society is too deeply immersed in that economic current and it wouldn't make much sense to make a deeper critique of that model, or even depict a destruction of it. more info.
Strange Way of Life ★★★✩✩
This short film was so meh. I wanted to give a fuck, but I couldn't. If it was a proper movie, I think I would've been more into it, but as it is, it's kinda hard to connect with the characters. more info.
Predator: Badlands ★★★★✩
This movie managed to subvert an action movie and make it into something more profound and weirdly human (while being about aliens that hunt humans lmao). Loved the chemistry of the lead actors. more info.
It: Welcome to Derry ★★★★★
Great prequel, loved how it tied into the original movies and how set the tone for another prequel of the prequel(?). more info.
Get Out ★★★★★
Absolutely bonkers movie. I thought it was going to be like a drama about racism but it ended up being a slasher/horror movie with sci-fi elements???? It was all over the place but it made sense, which is crazy. more info.

Wild Wild Country ★★★✩✩
Such a "meh" documentary about the Rajneesh movement, an indian cult that moved to Oregon country and all the ruckus it caused with local residents. more info
Joâo de Deus: Cura e Crime ★★★★✩
wtf. This documentary shocked me enough. It's always sad when awful and manipulative people use religion as a way to abuse others, but to also take advantage from sick people is repulsive. more info.
La sociedad de la nieve ★★★★★
I like watching things related to these survivors because it's an amazing story but I do think this might be the best of them. Loved the acting a lot. more info.
Code 8: Part II ★★✩✩✩
I like watching shitty sci-fi movies. I don't know why but it's always interesting how people defend their vision of a sci-fi story. I kinda liked the ending of this one, even though it was a little bizarre. more info
The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes ★★★★✩
Sooo, I haven't read the book but some people said that the movie romantices completely the fucked up relationship bewteen the protagonists and I kinda agree even though I know nothing of the book. There's something really fucked up about Coryo, I don't know if it's his smile or what, but that dude is a sociopath. Great acting, tbh. I liked how Rachel Zegler portrayed Lucy Gray and Tom Blyth made an impecable job too. In general, I really liked the movie but I have to read the book to have a better understanding of it. more info.
The God Bad Mother (나쁜엄마) ★★★★★
Amazing k-drama. It had perfect balance between drama and some comedy relief. The acting was 10/10 and the plot twists were really great too. Lee Do-hyun is an amazing actor and the way a smile transforms his whole presence is unbelievable. more info.
The Call (콜) ★★★★☆
I really like horror asian movies. They have a really great way of telling a story and building tension. This one is no different. Great plot twists, good actors and sufficient amount of gore. more info.
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live ★★★★☆
I really like TWD, unfortunately I fell out of love of the main show. But, I think this mini tv series was the perfect way of ending the franchise. Danai and Andrew are amazing actors and they have a great chemistry; I think that because they were so involved in the whole show that that's why it felt like a such an honest story. I also read some bad reviews about the miniseries, so I don't know if that means I have bad taste, lmao. mor einfo
Night of the Living Dead ★★★★☆
Honestly, WOW. I didn't think I was gonna be entretained by an old zombie movie, but it was an amazing story, great actors, shocking ending. I don't think I've been that shocked by a zombie movie ending before. Loved it. more info
Ginger Snaps ★★★★☆
I get why this is a cult movie. I really liked the story and the cinematography. The ending was *chef's kiss*. more info
The Hunger Games ★★★★☆
I rewatch this story all the time. It's one of my favorite ones. Always a pleasure to revisit my loved ones. more info
Blade Runner ★★★★★
I get why this movie is such a beloved one. It puts a lot of focus in the human aspect of it and at the same time it delivers a great sci-fi universe. more info.
Blood Quantum ★★★★☆
A zombie movie with an indigenous cast and script. The dialogues sometimes were a little forced, but otherwise I liked the movie. Shoutout for that last scene, really good composition. more info.
Dune: Part Two ★★★☆☆
I couldn't stop thinking about Palestine when I was watching it. I know it's fiction and like zero related to the actual conflict, but I just drew those paralels and I couldn't enjoy it that much, it feels kinda flat. Which is a shame because the cast acting is good. Maybe in a couple years I can enjoy it, idk. more info.
Exhuma ★★★★★
A fantasy/horror Korean movie with a lot of religion, tradition and history involved. It had great worldbuilding and the actors were really good, Lee Do-huyn, specially. more info
One Cut of the Dead (カメラを止めるな! Kamera o Tomeru na!) ★★★★★
Hilarious movie. It keeps you confused at first and it's kinda bad at that point but once you pick the complete plot it's just great. I think is a good satire, not just of the zombie genre but also of the tv industry. more info.
Red White & Royal Blue ★★★★☆
A cheesy movie, to be honest, but I kinda like it. It's the type of content LGBTQ youths deserve to have. more info.
3 Body Problem ★★★★★
I really liked this show. The sci-fi aspect of it it's kinda confusing but you pick it up easily. The ending is at parts hopeful but also kinda depressive. Great plot twists, loved the acting. more info.
Bridgerton (Season 3) ★★★★☆
I really like the tv adaptation of Bridgerton, it's just so different from the books (which i read like 15 years ago, probably) and it adds a lot of refreshing stuff while keeping the essential things that make Bridgerton a historical romance piece. I was entranced by this season, which i liked too not as much as the second one, but thats because Johnathan Bailey and Simone Ashley have an unbelievable good chemistry, like wtf. But Niccola is also an amazing actress and the plot had sufficient twists and interest. I found myself shocked by the amount of queer representation, I suspected that the show was gonna play the bi card with Benedict but to be confirmed by it was priceless, also wtf with Francesca??? I was absolutely surprised by that twist. In general, I really liked the story and I can't wait for next season. more info.
Arcadian ★★★★☆
Ok, so there's two types of Nicholas Cage's movies: great ones or absolute disasters that managed to be entertaining in a weird and ironical way. This movie was… kinda good? Idk, his movies tend to be pretty average tbh, but the dialogues and the general plot in this one were interesting and the delivery of all the actors was pretty good. more info.n
Everything Everywhere All at Once ★★★★★
HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT. Like I now understand why this movie got an Oscar, wtf!!! I absolutely loved it. It was funny, dramatic, entertaining and it made me cry at the end. Honestly, best movie ever. I loved it a lot and like I'm mad because I could have been yelling about it for two years but most of the time I end up watching popular movies years after they were released and I could have been rewatching this one for months on end, omg. more info.
Quiet on the Set: The Dark Sude of Kids TV ★★★★☆
Amazing documentary. I think it covered a lot of issues really well and it felt respectful towards the victims. I was shocked, tbh by some of the revelations made in the documentary but it really puts into a different light a lot of weird behaviors from certain people. I was also so shocked at how normalized and socially accepted sexism and toxic work environments were, like a lot of those disturbing behaviors Dan Schneider exhibited would not be socially acceptable right now. It's amazing how culture can change in 20 years. And also, even though I was shocked and sympathize with Drake's confessions about his past, that doesn't exclude the fact that he's a victimazer too. It's sad that the abuse happened but that's not a excuse to become a predator. I felt bad for his father, it seems like he really tried to protect his son and blames himself for what happened. more info.
Captives ★★☆☆☆
Filler movie about child traficking and how police is sometimes unable to solve these cases, kinda boring. more info.
St. Trinian's ★★★★☆
This is an interesting movie about the teenage girl experience, although I like the characters and the plot in general, there's several scenes that aged really bad and imply an adult trying to pursuit a relationship with a teenage girl. That sucked, but if they were deleted, it would be a great movie. I loved Colin Firth in this one, his performance was hilarious. more info.
A Quiet Place: Day One ★★★★★
Although this movie was shoot by a different director than the last two, I think it remanied faithful to its predecessors. It has great undertones of grief and learning to love life even if you're dying. more info.
The Platform ★★★★☆
A distopian Spaniard movie that examines prison conditions and human nature regarding social inequality but to an extreme. Really grotesque, disturbing ending, but great nonetheless. more info
The Day After ★★★★☆
What a powerful film. Horror and hopelessness leap from the screen. Death is ever-present, and there's no happy or hopeful ending. It's depressing, dark, and I loved it. more info.
The Strain (Season 1) ★★★★☆
I've been wanting to watch this series for a long time, and it didn't disappoint. It's a very interesting take on vampirism, and the characters are incredibly well-developed. more info.
Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse ★★★★☆
I don't know if Marvel is still for me. I'll always like Spider-Man, but this animated version wasn't made for me, like I wasn't its target audience. I didn't think it was a bad movie, but I think younger kids might enjoy it more than I did.
more info.
Wild Eyed and Wicked ★★☆☆☆
Absolutely boring movie. That metaphor of fear being a mythological monster that you have to overcome with a sword is just stupid. And boring. more info.
Barbarian ★★★☆☆
Wtf I just watched? I can't decide if I liked it or not. It's a grotesque movie about incest and sexual abuse and it's just crazy. I felt like watching two movies at one point. Totally crazy. more info.
The Crow ★★★★☆
Great cult movie. Not only the plot is interesting but the actors were able to capture the characters in such a great way. Brandon Lee did such an amazing job portraying Eric. more info.
Seoul Station ★★★★☆
This is a good adition to the Train to Busan franchise. I liked that not only the format was different, but that the ending was so unexpected. more info.
Fallen ★★★★☆
Great classic. I liked the premise and the execution. Denzel Washington is an amazing actor. Loved the ending too. more info.
Trap ★★★☆☆
I'm not sure if I liked the movie. Josh Hartnett did a great job portraying a murderous psycopath but the whole setting is just bizarre and unbelievable. more info.
Unknown ★★★★★
I loved this tv show. I was truly moved by the characters and the direction of their relationship. I think they had very well-developed arcs and had great chemistry. Wei Qian was perfect; he's a really intense character, with a lot of baggage in his life and repressed to the limit, but with such a capacity to love his family, and Zhi Yuan was just very... cute and tender, and you could feel the desperation of his love on screen. The cinematography was great, very well thought out, and with many contrasts throughout the episodes that beautifully encapsulated the different stages of the characters' relationship. One of the best Asian BL series I've ever seen. more info.
Six Schizophrenic Brothers ★★☆☆☆
This a a crzy documentary. It really exposes what was like to live in a family with schizophrenic family members when that mental disorder was less studied and people really suffered with it, but I also felt like an intruder watching the secrets and struggles of really sick people. It made me feel bad and wrong. more info.
Late Night with the Devil ★★★☆☆
It's a good satire of the entertainment world, but I'm not sure it works as a horror film.
more info.
Bodies Bodies Bodies ★★★☆☆
It's an interesting bet in terms of slasher films that is a bit reminiscent of an Agatha Christie novel, but I don't know, it's like the characters are a bit annoying and toxic and it seems like you don't want anyone to survive at the end.
more info.
Moonlight ★★★★☆
Really emotional movie. Great storytelling and such a hopeful ending. more info.
Godzilla vs Kong ★★★★☆
Monster movies are always a favorite and Kong is my comfort monster. more info.
Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire ★★★★☆
If I told you I cried with this movie would you actually believe me? Like Kong looking for his family, his people (?) was such an emotional rollercoster. The only thing I found annoying was the presence of so many humans, like honestly just leave my monsters be, they're not hurting you. more info.
Conclave ★★★★☆
I can't unsee that whole meme with Georgina George and the Burn Book scene, it fits so good with that specific scene of this movie. Anyways, I actually liked it, I'm not much about watching movies about organized religion but this one was pretty interesting and that last plot twist was just *chef's kiss. more info.
